The same classic taste of Mary Berry’s Original Salad Dressing but with 50% less fat. This is a very versatile dressing and is great on salads, with pasta, roasted vegetables or as a marinade or dip.
Shake well before use. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 2 months.
Cook the quinoa, fry the onion for 5 minutes, add the spring greens and fry for 4-5 minutes. Stir in the walnuts, parsley and dressing. Toss in the quinoa and season to taste.
