Liven up your sausage rolls this Halloween with our great recipe for Chutney Sausage Rolls. Use your favourite Mary Berry’s chutney with fresh sausage meat and ready-rolled puff pastry. Spread a few generous teaspoons of your favourite chutney on the sausage meat before wrapping it up in pastry and bake as normal in a hot oven.
Take a packet of 30 uncooked cocktail sausages, toss in olive oil and roast in a hot oven for 20 minutes. Remove and toss in 2 to 3 generous tablespoons of Oriental Sauce and a handful of sesame seeds. Return to the oven for 10 minutes for a delicious sticky glaze.
