Roasted Garlic & Onion

For tasty baked mushrooms on toast, drizzle large flat mushrooms with Mary Berry's Roasted Garlic & Onion Vinaigrette, add a tsp mascarpone and season with black pepper, top with breadcrumbs mixed with chopped parsley and bake until golden, place on top of toasted sourdough bread.

For steak with salsa verde, marinate steak in a little Mary Berry's Roasted Garlic & Onion Vinaigrette and pan fry or griddle to your liking. For the salsa verde, place parsley, chives, capers, anchovies and Mary Berry's Roasted Garlic & Onion Vinaigrette in a small food processor and blitz until coarse paste, serve with the steak and a green salad.

For a quick prawn starter, pan fry raw tiger prawns with Mary Berry's Garlic & Onion Vinaigrette, chopped parsley and honey and spoon into small whole lettuce leaves.
