Light Dressing

Mix 1-2 tablespoons of Mary Berry’s Light Salad Dressing with breadcrumbs and spread on salmon fillets. Grill until the crust turns golden brown and the fish is cooked through.

For a light lunch toss sliced cooked chicken pieces in Mary Berry’s Light Salad Dressing and scatter over a soft flour tortilla or mini naan bread, scatter with a little grated cheese and fresh chopped herbs and pop in a hot oven or under the grill for 5-10 minutes.
