Give a plain omelette a lift - crack two eggs into a bowl and whisk in a tablespoon of Mary Berry’s French Herb Dressing, some diced vine tomatoes and crumbled goat’s or feta cheese. Melt some butter in a frying pan over a medium heat and pour in the egg mixture. Cook until set, flip and cook for a further couple of minutes.
For a quick and delicious Croque Monsieur, toast thick wholegrain slices of bread then spread with a mixture of 1 tablespoon of Mary Berry’s French Herb Dressing to 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard. Top with ham and slices of Gruyere cheese and grill until the cheese is bubbling. Finish with a dash of Worcestershire sauce before serving.
Whisk a small pot of double cream until thickened and stir in 2 tablespoons of Mary Berry’s French Herb Dressing and 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped dill. Pull a packet of smoked salmon into long strips and stir through the sauce, then pile onto melba toasts or crisp breads to serve.
